Renovation / Addition to a 1960’s Garrison

This addition was designed for two young artists and their daughter. I created an open plan on the first floor to be more conducive to a social lifestyle and to provide an efficient modern kitchen for an accomplished home chef. The addition occurs at the rear where it is accessed by a quiet private road. At the second floor the master bedroom was expanded along with an ensuite bathroom. The small balcony opens to views of a wooded hillside.
